Our Professional Type portable CNC cutting machines are specially designed to provide the user with maximum flexibility, high precision and high speed at cutting metal plates.

FastCam cutting software

The integration of FastCam cutting software makes drawing, nesting and cutting simple and efficient. The software provides high level of material utilization & optimization. The FastCAM System has been designed to draw, nest and cut metal as simply and efficiently as possible. Ease of use is as important as the high levels of materials utilization and optimization the software provides.

Lasermach CNC Controller

Portable CNC flame plasma cutting machine can be programmed to cut any plane shape parts composed of beeline and arc, which are same as large gantry cutting machines. It is equipped with a 7 inch LCD with dynamic and static graphical display. It is directly perceived and very easy to learn .It can be programmed to cutting parts directly, and also can be operated in computer translating instructions into a program file by CAD program, and then transferring the program into machine memory via USB.

New style auto height controller

The new auto height controller support the flame and plasma cutting both, and through the three button, you can adjust the cutting performance easily.

Motor enable/disable button

This feature allows the user to enable or disable the motors while power is on, guarantee the user’s safety.

Drive system

The motion along longitudinal axis and cantilever arm is powered by Digital Hybrid Stepper motors using hardened and ground rack and pinion drives. This arrangement provides smooth acceleration, deceleration and controlled profile cutting speeds.

High precision guideways

Integrate the high precision guiding rail along X axis in a high rigidity of industry Aluminum frame, enables a more stable movement of the crossbeam and avoids the cutting head from declining.

Frame structure

The frame is wider with high-quality racks, which makes the cross beam move more stably and keep high precision. The cutting head will not bend even up to 2.0M for the beam.

The Automatic Height Control allow the operator to control the height of cutting head by program, according with cutting conditions.

Its supports flame and plasma, high sensitivity, mechanical lifters and height control in one center.

High Precision Construction

High-precision Round linear rail, working stable. (Viper only)

Guiding system of the cross beam incorporates linear guideways, keeps cutting head from declining.

High Rigidity and Stability

Machine consists of a Cantilever structure, longitudinal rail on one axis, and moving arm on the other. This design helps save space.
The smart-design with light weight and sturdy extruded aluminum structure provides easy mobility to use in indoor and outdoor working environment.

Frame

Special protective Metal covered channel for cable and hoses

The new design of this machine adopts a special channel which allow the cables and hoses to pass by through and not hanging over machine like competitors.

Stainless steel protection cover

Standard the machine is built with a stainless steel protective cover to protect the central unit for any damages occurred in cutting processes.
