No laser maintenance needed
The fiber laser does not require routine maintenance or rebuilding procedures. No laser gas is needed. Laser beam quality is stable over time and is available immediately upon start up.
New materials and new opportunities
Copper and brass, materials which were off-limits with CO2technology can be easily cut with fiber laser. Even tricky to cut aluminum and galvanized steels have no limits. Fiber technology offers new opportunities and a more robust production method for difficult materials.
The internal structure of the bed adopts the aircraft metal honeycomb structure,
which is welded by a number of rectangular tubes.
Stiffeners are arranged inside the tubes to increase the strength and tensile strength of the bed.
It also increases the resistance and stability of the guide rail resulting in to effectively avoid the deformation of the bed.
High strength, stability, tensile strength, ensuring 20 years of use without distortion;
Thickness of rectangular pipe wall is 10mm and the bed alone weights 4500 kg.
It is manufactured with aerospace standards and formed by 4300 tons press extrusion molding.
After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6 which is the strongest strength of all gantries.
Aviation aluminum has many advantages, such as good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density, and greatly increase the processing speed.
Applicable to various focal lengths, which are controlled by machine tool control system. Focal point will be automatically adjusted in cutting process to achieve the best cutting effect of different thicknesses sheets metal. We don’t need to do manual regulation, which effectively avoids errors or faults caused by manual operation and which greatly improves cutting speed.
When replacing different materials or different thicknesses sheet, manual focus laser head needs manual regulation, which is laborious and time consuming; auto focus laser head is controlled by control system, it can also read system storage parameters automatically, saving time and manpower;
Collimating protective lens drawer can better protect collimating lens and improve replacing speed of protective lens.
Built-in double water-cooling structures ensure the constant temperature of collimating and focusing components, avoiding overheating damage of lenses and eventual condense inside the head. The cooling effect is much better with almost no heating or fogging in longterm cutting. Service life drastically increase for the collimation protective lens and focus protective lens.
For reliable operation, the optical elements are protected from fusion spatter, metal dust and pollution –the head is completely sealed and protected from impurities in the cutting gas by easily replaceable cutting and pressure-resistant protective lenses. The treated purging air in the collimator area permits neither process dust nor particles to penetrate. The focusing lens is kept clean by a pressure-tight protective window cartridge (drawer type), even if the cutting gas is contaminated.
Quartz lenses of the highest quality ensure a stable focal position, which is extremely user-friendly, since they can be both laterally and vertically adjusted from the outside.
